It's all about the food...

So I completely changed my plan yesterday and started in on the basement instead of doing my baking. While it was good to get started on it, It was ultimately really exhausting and frustrating for the kids and me. We got one small area really cleaned and were pooped!

Today's gonna be busy, but not necessarily because of cleaning. My paycheck is in the bank, so I'll be hitting the store and planning a big dinner for the fam. I haven't cooked in a long time since Not-So-Ex is the chef of the family, but I'm looking forward to it.

I'm also working on planning the festivities for Hunt's birthday this weekend. He'll be nine. Hard to believe how quickly my baby boy is growing up!
