I don't like buttercream.I tried to remake the Cherry Vanilla Cupcakes except without using a cake mix but I made several errors. For one, I just don't think the cupcakes were as good. I don't know why and I don't know what I could do to fix it.
The other mistake was the icing. I used a cream cheese based frosting on the last batch and buttercream on this one. It's just too sweet. I think I should just stick with the cream cheese based for now.
