I had tried to make sorbet before ...It is awesome! I had tried to make sorbet before by just freezing and stirring every so often and it had more of an ice crystal texture. Made with the ice cream maker, it's smooth and awesome. In fact, after you finish blending it with the attachment, you're supposed to freeze it just a bit longer but we never manage to wait.
